shipping and returns

All prints are dispatched within 2-4 business days.

SHIPPING PRICES:

        - Europe  €7  (3-7 business days)

        - the U.S. and Canada €10  (5-10 business days)

       - Australia and New Zealand €25 (5-10 business days)

       - Rest of the World  €15 (5-10 business days)

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. Customs and Courier Service may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak season or before major festivals.

 

TRACKING AND ORDER STATUS

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when you order has been dispatched. This email contains a link, which enables you to follow the progress of your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours from the time you received the shipping confirmation email before the tracking is active. 

 

RETURNS & REFUND

If your order was damaged during shipping, please send the photos of your damaged goods to info@ecinstudio.com   We are happy to re-send you your order or issue you a full refund.

However no refund or exchange will be made, if an order was returned back to us because the recipient missed the delivery or failed to collect from a collection point.
